Pumpkin Spice Waffles

Pumpkin Spice Waffles

These Pumpkin Spice Waffles taste even sweeter than usual.  Not because of added sugars, but because they are a celebratory meal for the official launch of this website!

I’ve thought about doing a website for years.  I mean everyone seems to have one right?  I just always thought, who am I, why would anyone care, does the world really need one more food website?  You know all the self-doubt questions on might have.  Turns out, I still don’t have the answers to any of those questions, but maybe I just don’t care anymore.  So what if there is one more food website.  I’m not sure if anyone will care, but I have built a core group of people that follow me on social media that seem to like the recipes I make so maybe it’s for them.  Or maybe, just maybe it’s truly for me.   Here’s to finding out!

Ok, let’s get back to these Pumpkin Spice Waffles!  They exemplify all things fall in one easy breakfast.  The hardest part is going to be restraining yourself from eating the whole stack.  They have all the warm, fall spices, that subtle taste of pumpkin, and that crispy waffle exterior that holds all the buttery syrup on top.

Notes

Any leftovers?  Place in a storage bag & put in the freezer.  When you are ready to reheat just pop in the toaster.  Quick & easy!
Every waffle maker is slightly different.  I do not need to use a cooking spray as it is pretty non-stick, but if you need to, give the waffle maker a light spray before each waffle is made.
Enjoy!!!!
