Obsessed may be a too strong a word, but I am certainly crushing on my newest mini popsicle molds. As a result refreshing treats on a stick seem to be the current theme. I’m on my 15th iteration of flavor combinations & I’ve only been doing this for a few weeks. Seriously, I could open a pop-up popsicle stand for a day. It’s a lot, but I’m not the least bit mad about it. Now I’m just trying to figure out what new flavor combo to come up with. What is your favorite flavor? This week I tried to replicate a Magnum Bar with creamy vanilla ice cream, sweet caramel layer & a hard chocolate shell that just melts in your mouth. It may be my favorite yet!
