Those warm spices, natural sweetness of banana & some hidden cauliflower & hemp seeds for added fiber & protein. A perfect way to start the winter morning, especially if you snuggle under the blankets for a few extra minutes while you drink it in the morning.

Gingerbread Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2-3 florets frozen cauliflower
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk of choice plus more as needed
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground clove
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds optional for added protein
- 2 tbsp oats optional for added fiber
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender & puree until smooth. Add additional milk or water to reach your desired consistency. Pour into your favorite container & enjoy!
